Digital Activation Service
The activation license is a digital service delivered electronically through the application’s activation system. Once the activation has been processed and delivered for the device information provided by the customer, it cannot normally be cancelled, transferred, or moved to another device.
7-Day Trial Period
A 7-day trial period is available so customers can test the application and check its compatibility with their supported device before purchasing an activation license.
Customers should complete the purchase only after testing the application and confirming that it works correctly on their device. The trial period does not include channels, playlists, subscriptions, or media content.
Refunds
Because the activation is a digital service and is processed for the device information supplied by the customer, completed activations are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
No refund is available for issues caused by:
- An unsupported device.
- Incorrect device information supplied by the customer.
- An incorrect MAC address or Device ID.
- Attempts to transfer the activation to another device.
- Changes to the device, application, or activation information after delivery.
- Third-party playlists, channels, subscriptions, or media content.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Incorrect MAC Address or Device Information
If you entered an incorrect MAC address or Device ID, contact us as soon as possible before the activation is processed. We will review the request and correct the information where technically possible.
Once the activation has been completed for the information provided during the order, changes or transfers may not be possible.
Fraud Prevention
We may review and cancel transactions that appear to be unauthorized, fraudulent, or made with an invalid payment method. We may also take appropriate steps to protect our service and payment partners in accordance with applicable law.
