IBOSS PLAYER Media Player – Terms of Use

IBOSS PLAYER Media Player is a standalone media player application delivered without any preloaded content or subscriptions. The application does not provide, host, stream, or distribute any media content, either before or after activation.

Upon launching the application, users are shown essential activation details, including the MAC ID, Device ID, Device Key, and activation URL, which are required to activate the app with their own content sources. Activation is completed once for lifetime.

Free Trial

IBOSS PLAYER Media Player offers a 7-day free trial upon installation on supported Smart TVs, allowing users to test the application’s features before activation.

Content Disclaimer

• IBOSS PLAYER Media Player does not provide IPTV content, channels, media files, or subscriptions.

• Any content or subscriptions sold or advertised under the IBOSS PLAYER name by third parties are fraudulent.

• IBOSS PLAYER Media Player disclaims all responsibility for illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent content used with the application.

• The application cannot be held responsible for content quality, buffering, interruptions, or availability, as all content is provided by third-party sources chosen by the user.

Advertising

IBOSS PLAYER Media Player does not advertise or promote any content providers or subscription services.

Supported devices can be activated with a one-time lifetime payment of 110 MAD (≈ €10.00).

Refund Policy

Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to activate the application using a stolen or fraudulent payment method will result in:

• Permanent MAC address ban

• IP address reporting to relevant authorities
